Step 4: Connect With Your Technician

Provide your temporary security code to your MoodyMix Studios technician during your support session. Your technician will then guide you through establishing the remote connection.

Step 5: End Your Support Session

When your session is complete, close the Remote Support application to end the connection.

Your Privacy & Security Matter

Your security is our priority. Our remote support application uses secure connection technology to allow authorized technicians to assist you.

  • Remote support sessions require your participation and authorization.

  • Temporary security codes are used to establish support connections, and a new one is generated every time you open the SOS app.

  • Closing the SOS application ends the attended support session and terminates your temporary security pin so that no one can use the given pin to access your device once it has been closed.

  • MoodyMix Studios will never contact you unexpectedly requesting you to open the SOS and ask for your generated temporary security code.

Important: Never provide your security code to anyone claiming to represent MoodyMix Studios unless you initiated the support request.
